We'd Rather Build Relationships
The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
No Contracts. No Pressure.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
A Local EMS Liaison, Not a Call Center
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Everything your agency runs on
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.
Connect all your EMS systems through a single platform. One login gives you access to everything, eliminating data silos and streamlining your workflow.
Single sign-on: one login for CAD, ePCR, billing, scheduling, and every other module
No duplicate entry: information entered once flows automatically to every system that needs it
Connected data: patient care, incident details, and billing all share the same database
Real-time updates: changes in one module instantly appear across all connected systems

CloudPCR
Faster charting on tablets and slow connections
The PCR form now sends a quick burst of edits to the server as a single save instead of one at a time, so filling a section quickly feels smoother on hospital Wi-Fi and cellular connections. Charts with lots of photos and attachments open faster because previews load when you visit the Documents page rather than up front. Validation checks running in the background also use a much lighter connection while they work.
The Unified Mobile app for Android is on Google Play
Unified Mobile is now available for Android phones and tablets on Google Play. Chart on the truck with the full PCR form, complete your check sheets, and handle controlled substance checkouts from your device, and keep working when cell service drops. Search for Unified Mobile on Google Play, or tap the Google Play button on your Unified dashboard to install it.

Charts start with you on the crew, and patients bring all their insurance
A new chart now lists you as crew member 1 automatically, with your certification level and your usual role, even when you have not set a crew for the shift. And when you add a patient your agency has seen before, every insurance plan on their record comes across with its billing priority set, not just the primary. Insurance companies stored by name alone are matched to your payer list so the payer ID fills in too.

Dispatch fills in the call received and dispatch notified times
Charts started from dispatch now arrive with the Call Received and Dispatch Notified times already recorded, taken from the moment the call was entered in dispatch. Crews no longer type them, and response time reporting fills in on its own. Times a crew enters by hand on the chart are always kept.
CloudPCR
Form Configuration shows each field's reporting level
Every field in Form Configuration now carries a small badge showing how your state treats it: M for mandatory, R for required, E for recommended, and O for optional. Hover a badge for a plain explanation. The badges make it easy to see which fields are safe to hide when you trim your form.
CloudPCR
Scan a driver's license to fill in the patient
A new Scan License button on the Patient tab reads the barcode on the back of a driver's license with your device camera, on phones, tablets, and computers alike. Review what was read, tap Apply to Chart, and the name, date of birth, age, sex, address, and license number fill in for you. If the report has no patient yet, the scan searches your patient records first: pick the match to connect a returning patient, or add them as a new patient with their details already saved. The license is read right on your device.
CloudPCR
One tap records "none" for allergies, history, and delays
New quick chips on the Patient tab record No Known Drug Allergies, no medical or surgical history, and no alcohol or drug use indicators with a single tap. A None button in the Delays section header answers all five delay questions at once. And if you leave the delay, barrier to care, or team activation questions blank, the finished report records them as none automatically instead of leaving them unanswered.
CloudPCR
Set your crew once and every new PCR starts with it
A new crew box at the top of My PCRs lets you set your crew for the shift. Pick your crew members and their roles, choose the vehicle and call sign, and set when your shift ends. Every PCR you create after that already has your crew, unit, call sign, and transport capability filled in. Charts opened from dispatch keep the crew dispatch sends. Use Change Crew to update it mid-shift or Clear Crew to remove it.

Patient weight entered in Dispatch appears on the run report
When a dispatcher records a patient's weight on a trip, the run report now starts with that weight already filled in. It also saves to the patient's record, so the weight is there the next time that patient is picked up.
CloudPCR
Hide and require controls now cover every part of the chart
Form Configuration now shows hide and require controls for fields that used to sit behind a button, including the Patient Complaints fields, the Cardiac Arrest and Trauma records, collision notification details, the Parent/Guardian section, and date and time fields such as Symptom Onset, Last Known Well, and Hospital Admission. Those sections open automatically on the configuration page, so you can adjust them for your agency or for a single call type without adding placeholder data first. Hiding one of these fields now also hides it on the chart itself.
CloudPCR
Billing questions now reach the crew member who wrote the chart
When the billing team sends a chart back with a question, an administrator can now pass it to the crew member who ran the call instead of answering it alone. That person sees it in a Billing Flags list at the top of My PCRs, writes their answer, and can add it to the chart as an addendum. The answer goes back to the administrator, who checks the wording before it returns to billing. Both people are notified, and the Billing menu carries a count of charts still waiting for an answer. On the Billing page, those charts now sit at the top of the list, and the count in the menu opens the list already filtered to them.
Unified Billing
A warning now appears before a patient is billed twice
When a self-pay claim is submitted, the claim page now confirms the patient was billed and the first statement is on its way. The Bill to Patient window also warns you when the claim already has a patient bill, showing its amount and date, and suggests the remaining amount instead of the full balance so a second statement cannot double what the patient owes.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
Do the apps actually work together?
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Is patient care reporting NEMSIS compliant?
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
