We'd Rather Build Relationships
The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
No Contracts. No Pressure.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
A Local EMS Liaison, Not a Call Center
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.

Crew Scheduling
Shift Swaps
Crew members can now trade shifts. Post one of your shifts for swap from My Schedule, and a crewmate can offer one of their own shifts in trade. You choose which offer to accept. Two settings let you control how swaps work at your agency: require that both people are qualified for the shift they would take, and require an approval before a swap goes through. Approvers see all pending swaps on a new Swaps page next to Bids, and schedulers can also swap two shifts directly. Everyone involved is notified along the way.
Unified Billing
Downloaded claim attachments are named by claim number
Attachments downloaded from a claim now save as the claim number plus a position, like 2026-00016-1.pdf and 2026-00016-2.jpg, instead of a generic name. This applies everywhere you can download an attachment, including the attachment viewer, and covers attachments that were already on file. The document list shows the same name you get when you save the file, so keeping track of downloads is much easier.
cad
Pick a destination when marking a unit transporting
On calls without a destination, marking a unit transporting now asks the dispatcher to choose one from your facility list. You can search the list or continue without a destination, and the status change goes through either way. Scheduled transports that already have a drop-off are not asked.
cad
Incident History and Call Times
Every incident now has two new tabs. History shows who changed what on the incident and when, whether the change came from the incident form, the dispatch board, or the Unified dashboard. Times shows the full time trail for the call (received, dispatched, en route, on scene, transporting, at destination, completed) along with response and transport durations, all in your local time. You can add a missing time or correct one, and the change is recorded in History. The All Incidents page also gained time and duration columns you can turn on from the column chooser and include in exports. Right-click a call on the dispatch board or All Incidents and choose Quick View to see the same times at a glance without opening the incident.
CloudPCR
New York facility list updated
The New York facility list now matches the latest list published by the state, including hundreds of urgent care centers that were missing before. Facility names, location codes, addresses, and city and county details were refreshed for New York agencies, so charts using those destinations pass state checks without edits.
Unified Billing
Payment posted dates stay accurate
When posting a payment by hand, the Posted Date now starts at today and cannot be set to an earlier day, so payment reports you have already run keep their totals. The date printed on the check still goes in the Deposit/Check Date field, which now also shows as a column on the AR transactions list.
Unified Billing
Export unbilled claims to Excel in full
Exporting unbilled claims to Excel now includes every claim in your filtered list, not just the first 50. If you check specific claims first, the export covers exactly those.
Unified Billing
A full viewer for claim attachments
Opening an attachment from a claim now brings up a full-page viewer. Images can be zoomed, rotated, downloaded, and printed, and a rotation you set is saved, so the attachment opens right side up for everyone from then on. PDFs open with download and print. Download and Print buttons were also added to the attachment list and the claim window, and printed images keep their rotation.
Analytics
Medication and procedure reports load much faster
Medication and procedure reports now load in a few seconds, even for agencies with a large number of charts. Reports that previously failed to load will now finish.
CloudPCR
Download billing charts in bulk
On the Billing page, select the charts you want and choose Download for billing. CloudPCR prepares one file containing every selected chart, with a PDF copy of each chart included so your billing software can attach it to the claim. Ready files appear under Billing downloads at the bottom of the page and stay available for 7 days, and you can remove a file from the list once you are done with it.
Check Sheets
Ask for a date on a check sheet
Templates can now include a date question. When you build a template, add a date field and, if it helps, set the earliest and latest dates that can be picked. Crews get a date picker while filling out the sheet, and the dates they enter appear formatted on reports. Handy for expiration dates on medical bag supplies and anything else you track by date.
CloudPCR
PCR lists remember your columns
All PCRs, My PCRs, QA PCRs and Billing PCRs now remember the columns each person picks. Choose your columns once and they are still there the next time you open the list. Everyone sets their own.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
Do the apps actually work together?
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Is patient care reporting NEMSIS compliant?
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
