We'd Rather Build Relationships
The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
No Contracts. No Pressure.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
A Local EMS Liaison, Not a Call Center
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Everything your agency runs on
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.
Connect all your EMS systems through a single platform. One login gives you access to everything, eliminating data silos and streamlining your workflow.
Single sign-on: one login for CAD, ePCR, billing, scheduling, and every other module
No duplicate entry: information entered once flows automatically to every system that needs it
Connected data: patient care, incident details, and billing all share the same database
Real-time updates: changes in one module instantly appear across all connected systems

Chart a blood transfusion from the medication list
Blood products are now in the medication list for every agency: whole blood, packed red blood cells, plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitate, albumin, and a general blood product option for anything else. Each one has a blood drop beside it so it is easy to find.
Pick one and a Transfusion Details panel opens on the medication card. It covers the unit number, donor number, blood facility ID, donor blood type as a single choice such as O negative, expiration date, equipment used, indication, patient response, any action taken, and the status at transfer of care. A verification section records who gave the blood, who checked the unit, and the two people who confirmed the patient.
Saving the medication also adds the matching Transfusion of blood procedure to the timeline, so there is no need to add it separately.
Every agency records the same details. Your state receives the ones it collects, and the rest stay on the chart for your own quality reviews.

Add notes to medications and procedures on the timeline
Medications and procedures now have a Notes box, the same as vital signs and exams. Open a medication or procedure from the timeline, type your note, and it shows on the timeline card and on the printed report. Any notes already saved on a medication or procedure are now visible and editable there as well.
Analytics
Team Audit claim links land on the right record
Open a claim from a Team Audit list and Billing switches to the agency that owns it for you. Before, a link only worked when the agency you had selected in Billing already matched the one in the report, and anything else landed on an error page. Unapproved Postings now opens the AR record instead of the claim. Older claims brought over from your previous billing system open their AR record too.

The response number can match the incident number, however it is entered
With "Match EMS Response Number to Incident Number" turned on in Settings, the EMS Response Number now fills in whenever a chart gets an incident number, including numbers your crew types in by hand. Before, it only filled in when the number was generated automatically, and the setting only appeared when automatic numbering was on. Correcting an incident number updates the response number to match, while a response number you have set to something different stays as you set it.

Patient phone, email, and age on the claim form, Claims, and AR pages
The Patient section of the claim form now has Phone Number and Email Address fields that fill in from the imported chart, a Suffix field for names like JR or III, and an Age that calculates itself from the date of birth.
Phone numbers now have a type beside them (Home, Mobile, Work, Fax, Pager) and format themselves as you type. The type matters for anything you want to send by text later, since a home line will not receive one. Email addresses are checked as you type, so a mistyped address gets flagged right there instead of turning up later as a message that never arrived.
Phone, Email, and Age also appear as columns on the Claims page and the AR page, so you can see how to reach someone without opening each trip. Phone numbers are tidied up for you there, so a number that came over from the chart as 3365550147 reads as (336) 555-0147 like every other row. Age on those pages is the patient's age on the day of the trip rather than their age today, which is what payer age rules go by.
You can look someone up by phone number or email address on both pages, either in the search box at the top or in the filter row under the column headings. Punctuation does not matter when you search a phone number. Typing (336) 555-0147, 336-555-0147, or just 555-0147 all pull up the same patient.
Unified Billing
Take a card payment over the phone from the AR page
When a patient calls in to pay, open their claim in AR and use the new Phone Payment box to charge their card right there. The amount starts at the claim balance, you can add the patient's email so they get a receipt, and the payment posts to the claim the moment the charge goes through. This also works for patients paying from older mailed statements, with no new statement needed.

The QA queue stays empty until QA review is set up
The QA page no longer lists older charts before your agency has set up QA review. Until you create QA groups and routing rules in Settings under Quality Assurance, the page explains how to get started instead.
CloudPCR
Custom dropdown choices keep their name on the chart
When your agency adds its own choices to a dropdown, such as a custom Type of Service, the name you picked now stays on the chart when you reopen it, and appears on chart PDFs and in reporting. Crews on the mobile app will see these names after the next app update.
CloudPCR
Charting keeps your work safe on weak connections
If your signal drops while you are charting, CloudPCR now holds the change and saves it automatically when the connection returns. The save indicator at the top of the chart shows when a change is waiting, and shows Not saved if a change needs your attention. Other pages show a notice when a connection problem may have kept your last change from saving.
Drug Tracking
Share a shift checkout with the rest of your crew
Whoever starts a shift checkout can add the other crew members to it, and everyone on the checkout can count kits, confirm seals, log usage, and close it out together.
Wasting a controlled substance during a shared checkout works the same way. Pick the witness from the crew on the checkout, or search your roster for someone else, and they sign with their Unified password.
CloudPCR
Pick the waste witness from the crew on the run
When the person witnessing the waste is another crew member on the run, you now pick them from the crew list and they enter their Unified password to countersign. There is no email address to type in.
A crew member who does not have a Unified sign-in linked yet can still be added by email.

One checkbox sets Last Known Well to match Symptom Onset
The Last Known Well field on the assessment page has a new Same as Symptom Onset checkbox. Check it and the date and time copy over from Symptom Onset, staying matched while you adjust the onset time.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
Do the apps actually work together?
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Is patient care reporting NEMSIS compliant?
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
