Medication entries can now include an ended time
Record the time a medication was stopped alongside the time it was given. The ended time appears on the timeline and the printed report.

The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.

The latest features and enhancements across the platform.
Record the time a medication was stopped alongside the time it was given. The ended time appears on the timeline and the printed report.
When a chart has no incident number and your agency uses automatic numbering, a Generate incident number button now appears under the field. One tap pulls the next number in your agency sequence and fills it in, so charts created before automatic numbering was turned on no longer need a number typed by hand.
The vitals window now includes a MAP field next to blood pressure. The calculated value still appears automatically as a suggestion, and you can type your own reading or clear one that no longer applies. When a blood pressure is marked as not taken, MAP is no longer calculated or included in state submissions.
Agencies migrating from legacy CloudPCR now bring their saved facility lists across automatically: hospitals, wards, nursing homes, urgent care and more, with names, location codes, addresses and phone numbers, organized by facility type in Demographics.
Fields that use the national NEMSIS lists, including Medical and Surgical History, Environmental and Food Allergies, Symptoms, Impressions, Patient Activity, Cause of Injury, and Incident Location Type, now organize their options under category headings. An option like Bladder now appears under Cancer where it belongs. Searching also matches the category name, so typing cancer shows the whole Cancer group.
Clicking a validation issue takes you to the field that needs attention, and the validation panel now closes itself at the same time so it never covers the field you were sent to fill in. Reopen it any time from the panel tab; your results are kept without re-running validation.
Three improvements to the PCR lists. Attachments can now be added to any PCR straight from the All, QA, and My PCRs lists: choose Attachments from the row's Actions menu to view and add files, and a paperclip with a count appears on rows that already have attachments. On the QA and All PCRs lists, clicking an incident number now opens the printable chart view in a new tab instead of the editable form, so reviewers can read a chart without leaving the list. The Edit action on All PCRs also opens in a new tab, keeping your filtered list in place.
The Call Type picker now organizes options under group headings, and agencies migrated from legacy CloudPCR keep their original groupings automatically. Admins can set or change a group for each call type from the Call Type manager. Agencies can also define their own custom fields under Settings, Custom Fields: each field appears on a chosen ePCR page, saves with the chart, prints on the chart PDF in its own Custom Fields section, and is included in exports.
CloudPCR now supports agencies outside the United States. Set a company country and the ePCR adapts: address entry uses free-text city or district, state or province, and postal code instead of US-only lookups; weight and temperature default to kilograms and Celsius; times display in your agency timezone; and US-only fields such as Social Security Number and CMS billing codes are hidden automatically. Charts are validated against your agency required fields and QA rules instead of US state submission rules. International agencies can also import their procedure and medication lists in Demographics Configuration by choosing International as the state, keeping international drug names such as Paracetamol and Adrenaline.
Form Configuration now has an All Call Types option in the call type picker. Choose it, set a field default once, and it applies to every call type, so you no longer have to switch between call types to repeat the same setting. In All Call Types view a value appears only when it is the same across all of them, so you can see at a glance what is uniform and what differs.
The All PCRs list now shows a billing icon whenever a chart has been sent to an external billing company, color-coded by delivery status: green for delivered, yellow while sending, and red if it failed. Click the icon to see each billing company, the file that was sent, and any error.
When you report a missing or extra item during a checkout, the Reported discrepancies list now shows the outcome (completed, replacement requested, or cancelled) and a View outcome detail with the items and notes. The Discrepancies page also has a quick link back to the related checkout.
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
