We'd Rather Build Relationships
The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
No Contracts. No Pressure.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
A Local EMS Liaison, Not a Call Center
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Everything your agency runs on
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.
Connect all your EMS systems through a single platform. One login gives you access to everything, eliminating data silos and streamlining your workflow.
Single sign-on: one login for CAD, ePCR, billing, scheduling, and every other module
No duplicate entry: information entered once flows automatically to every system that needs it
Connected data: patient care, incident details, and billing all share the same database
Real-time updates: changes in one module instantly appear across all connected systems

What's new
The latest features and enhancements across the platform.
Drug Tracking
Share a shift checkout with the rest of your crew
Whoever starts a shift checkout can add the other crew members to it, and everyone on the checkout can count kits, confirm seals, log usage, and close it out together.
Wasting a controlled substance during a shared checkout works the same way. Pick the witness from the crew on the checkout, or search your roster for someone else, and they sign with their Unified password.
CloudPCR
Pick the waste witness from the crew on the run
When the person witnessing the waste is another crew member on the run, you now pick them from the crew list and they enter their Unified password to countersign. There is no email address to type in.
A crew member who does not have a Unified sign-in linked yet can still be added by email.
CloudPCR
One checkbox sets Last Known Well to match Symptom Onset
The Last Known Well field on the assessment page has a new Same as Symptom Onset checkbox. Check it and the date and time copy over from Symptom Onset, staying matched while you adjust the onset time.
Truck Checks
Count your rig by scanning
The inventory step of a truck check now has a Scan to count button. Scan the QR label on each drug or piece of equipment and the counts fill in against the targets from Drug Tracking, with anything short or over flagged for your review. The camera stays on between scans, and a handheld scanner works too. Apply the counts, look them over, and submit the run as usual.
Drug Tracking
Count a location by scanning
Locations with QR-tracked items on the Shift Checkout page now show a Scan to count button. Scan the QR label on every unit and the count fills in as you go: the camera stays on between scans, duplicates are ignored, and anything short or over is flagged with the exact numbers for you to review before you verify the location. Labels that belong to another location or are no longer active get called out separately, so misplaced stock surfaces during the count instead of at audit time.
Crew Scheduling
Overtime follows your pay period start date
If your pay week runs Monday through Sunday, overtime now calculates on that week instead of a fixed Sunday start. Set the Pay Period Start Date in Settings and click Generate Pay Periods: the schedule rebuilds from that date forward and past timecards move onto the corrected weeks, so Hours and Overtime totals update everywhere, including Analytics.
Analytics
Four controlled substance reports under Compliance
Compliance now has four more reports: Provider Administration Profile, Documentation Review Queue, Waste and Witness Compliance, and Administration and Custody Cross-Check. Between them they cover who administered what, which administrations still need their waste documentation finished, and how the administrations on charts line up with what inventory shows.
Drug Tracking
New Administrations page for logging medications given
The new Administrations page records each medication your crews give, with the incident number, patient last name, drug, dose, concentration, and any amount wasted. Waste is witnessed the same way it is in CloudPCR: another employee countersigns with their signature and their Unified account password, or an outside witness such as a hospital nurse or pharmacist types their name and title and signs.
Administrations documented on a chart in CloudPCR appear here on their own, with a link that opens the chart.
CloudPCR
Record waste and a witness signature when you give a controlled substance
Adding a medication to a chart now captures the concentration, the amount wasted, and a signature from whoever witnessed the waste. If the witness is another employee, they countersign with their signature and their Unified account password. If the witness is from outside the agency, a hospital nurse or a pharmacist for example, they type their name and title and sign.
On the Preferences page you can choose what happens when waste documentation is not finished: block the chart from being submitted, or show a warning and let it through.
Analytics
More patient detail on the Bill Log
The Bill Log now shows Account Status, contact email, contact phone, insurance ID, and the full patient address, including apartment or suite, city, state, and zip. The same fields are available when you build your own version of the Bill Log, where they can be turned on or off per column.
cad
Acknowledge a call from the mobile app and web dispatch
When crew acknowledgement is turned on, the assignment alert in the mobile app and web dispatch shows an Acknowledge button, and crews can set the Acknowledged status right from their screen. The alert stays up until the crew acknowledges, so an assignment can't be missed. Crews who are already rolling can still go straight to En Route.
cad
Have crews acknowledge assigned calls
You can now let crews confirm they've seen a call before they head out. Turn it on under Settings, and an Acknowledged status appears between Assigned and En Route on the board. The time a crew acknowledges is saved to the patient care report. It's off by default, so nothing changes unless you enable it.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
Do the apps actually work together?
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Is patient care reporting NEMSIS compliant?
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
