We'd Rather Build Relationships
The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
No Contracts. No Pressure.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
A Local EMS Liaison, Not a Call Center
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Everything your agency runs on
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.
Connect all your EMS systems through a single platform. One login gives you access to everything, eliminating data silos and streamlining your workflow.
Single sign-on: one login for CAD, ePCR, billing, scheduling, and every other module
No duplicate entry: information entered once flows automatically to every system that needs it
Connected data: patient care, incident details, and billing all share the same database
Real-time updates: changes in one module instantly appear across all connected systems

What's new
The latest features and enhancements across the platform.

Facility names on trip locations
Scene and destination locations now show the facility name above the street address wherever your crews view a trip. When a dispatcher types a facility's address instead of choosing it from the facility list, CAD recognizes the address and fills in the facility name on its own. Upcoming trips that were already booked have been updated too.
cad
Clone a trip from the incident window
A new Clone button in the incident window makes a copy of the trip with the same patient, locations, and insurance, then opens the copy with the pickup time ready to set. Cloned trips always start unassigned, so the new trip never pulls a unit away from the original.
Import users in bulk from a CSV file
Agency administrators can now add many users at once. On the System Admin page, choose Import from CSV and upload a file with each person's name, email, phone number, and role. A sample file is available to download so you can start from the correct format. The role column accepts admin or user and applies that role to every application your agency uses; after importing, you can edit any person's row to fine-tune their role per application. Each new user receives a welcome email with a link to set their password. Phone numbers added by an administrator or an import start out unverified; a new Verify button on the Settings page lets each person confirm their number with a code sent by text message.

Create trips without leaving the calendar
An Incident button now sits at the top of the calendar's Unassigned panel. New trips appear on the board the moment you save them, no page refresh needed.
cad
See level of care at a glance
Trips in the calendar's Unassigned panel now show a level of care pill in the top corner of each card, with the pickup time on its own line below. Pick a color for each level under Settings, then Incident Fields, then Level of Care, and dispatchers can tell ALS from BLS from a stretcher van without opening anything.
cad
Choose exactly which days a unit runs
Days of Week on a unit now works the way you'd expect: check every day for a unit that always runs, or uncheck them all for a unit that only appears when you add it to a specific day from the calendar. Existing units were updated automatically, so nothing changed on your boards.
cad
Add extra units to a day
A new Add Unit button on the calendar puts more trucks on the board for the day you're viewing. Pick an existing unit, even one that doesn't normally run that day, build a one-day custom unit for a special event, or create a brand-new permanent unit without leaving the calendar. One-day units disappear after their date and never clutter your units list.
cad
Plan a unit's day from the calendar
Click any unit's header on the dispatch calendar to set that unit up for the day you're viewing: pick which providers are riding and set their shift times for that day only, without touching the unit's regular weekly setup. On today's board, the same window activates the unit with that crew or deactivates it at end of shift.
cad
Patient care notes
Pin notes to a patient that follow them onto every trip: bariatric equipment needs, a hard-of-hearing flag, gate codes. Add and edit them from the new Patients section in Settings or right in the incident form once a patient is selected; they show in an amber banner on the trip, and crews see them on the MDT under Patient Information. Dispatch manages the notes; crews can read them but not change them.
cad
Cancelled trips stay visible on the calendar
A trip cancelled after being assigned to a unit now stays on that unit's row in gray instead of disappearing from the board. Trips cancelled before ever having a unit stay hidden. The calendar also loads only the day you're viewing, which makes it noticeably faster for agencies with a long trip history.
cad
Change a trip's status with one click
The status badge on the incidents board and any trip block on the dispatch calendar now open a small menu of the statuses that trip can move to. Forward moves record run times and mileage like the normal dispatch flow, cancelling still asks for a reason, and completed trips from today can be reopened. On the calendar, an Edit option at the bottom of the menu opens the full incident form.
cad
Attach documents to an incident
The Attachments tab in the incident form now works. Drag files onto the upload box or click it to browse, and they save with the trip. Facesheets, PCS forms, and other paperwork up to 10 MB per file can be downloaded or deleted from the same tab later.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
Do the apps actually work together?
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Is patient care reporting NEMSIS compliant?
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
