The industry is full of vendors who lock you into contracts before you've seen the product work. We think that's backwards. Try us first. If we deliver, you'll stay.
We earn your business by delivering results, not through long-term agreements. Your success is our business model. If the software doesn't work for you, you owe us nothing.
Every agency gets a dedicated liaison who knows your community and your operations. Not a 1-800 number. A real person who's worked in EMS and understands your challenges.
Watch a short tour of how the apps fit together, from the dispatch screen to the patient chart to the paid claim.
Pick the apps you need today. They are built to work on their own and even better together.

Medication and procedure reports now load in a few seconds, even for agencies with a large number of charts. Reports that previously failed to load will now finish.
On the Billing page, select the charts you want and choose Download for billing. CloudPCR prepares one file containing every selected chart, with a PDF copy of each chart included so your billing software can attach it to the claim. Ready files appear under Billing downloads at the bottom of the page and stay available for 7 days, and you can remove a file from the list once you are done with it.
Templates can now include a date question. When you build a template, add a date field and, if it helps, set the earliest and latest dates that can be picked. Crews get a date picker while filling out the sheet, and the dates they enter appear formatted on reports. Handy for expiration dates on medical bag supplies and anything else you track by date.
All PCRs, My PCRs, QA PCRs and Billing PCRs now remember the columns each person picks. Choose your columns once and they are still there the next time you open the list. Everyone sets their own.
Under Settings you can add QA statuses that match how your agency reviews charts, like Crew Reviewed. Your statuses show up with the standard ones on the All PCRs and QA PCRs pages, so you can set them on a chart and filter by them.
Validation now flags fields your state will reject, following the rules set by your state. A chart that shows no errors goes through on submission instead of coming back rejected.
The printed chart now includes the call type. If you correct a chart's date, printing it after the correction shows the new date instead of the original one.
If your agency handles billing outside the platform, Billing Complete is back in the billing status list on All PCRs. Set it there once the claim is finished on your side.
The QA PCRs, Billing, and All PCRs lists now share the same column picker. Open "Choose columns" on any of them to show or hide Incident #, Date, Last Name, First Name, Unit, Created By, Completed By, Crew, Billing Status, QA Group, and QA Status. The new Completed By column shows the crew member who completed the report. More list improvements: when you change a chart's status on All PCRs, the Edit action appears right away instead of after a page refresh. Every PCR list now orders charts by incident date with incident numbers in order within each date. Charts that have been faxed show a green fax icon in the Notifications column; click it to see the hospital and fax number each send went to. One safeguard: a chart that is still In Progress can no longer change status from the list. Open the chart and use the Submit button so your validation rules run before it can be submitted, approved, or sent to the state. Charts in any other status, including Admin Unlocked, still move freely.
**Try for free for a limited time!** Your chart, written from your own voice. There are two ways to use it: - **Record the encounter.** With the patient's OK, record your conversation while you assess and treat. Vitals you call out, medications you give, and the patient's own answers all become chart values. Pause any time. - **Dictate the chart.** Narrate the call yourself, the way you would give a hand-off report. Best for calls where recording is not practical. Either way, the assistant fills in vitals with their times and methods, the complaint, the disposition, the narrative, and more. Every value shows where it came from, either the exact words from the call or the reasoning behind it, with a confidence score. You review and approve each one before it touches the chart, and the assistant asks follow-up questions for anything still missing, with one-tap answers. The audio is never saved. Recordings are turned into text right away, and the written conversation is removed when the chart is submitted. AI Dictation is available in the web app today, and is coming soon to the Android and iPhone apps. Open any in-progress PCR and click **Dictate Chart** to try it. Receiving hospitals asked for patient identification on each page of the chart PDF. Every page now shows the patient's name and date of birth at the top, and page numbers at the bottom. This applies to downloaded, bulk exported, and faxed PDFs. Also this week: PDF downloads retry automatically when the first attempt stalls, so a slow render finishes instead of showing an error.
The PCR form now sends a quick burst of edits to the server as a single save instead of one at a time, so filling a section quickly feels smoother on hospital Wi-Fi and cellular connections. Charts with lots of photos and attachments open faster because previews load when you visit the Documents page rather than up front. Validation checks running in the background also use a much lighter connection while they work.
Yes. Most agencies start with the app that solves their most pressing problem, then add others over time. Your login and your data carry over as you grow into the suite.
They do. Every app shares the same users, companies, and data, so a dispatch becomes a patient care report, which becomes a claim, without anyone re-keying information.
Yes. Patient Care Reporting uses NEMSIS v3.5 forms and submits directly to state repositories, so your documentation stays compliant and audit-ready.
